| Booking Your Appointment | At Skintrition Beauty Spa, late afternoons and weekends are in heavy demand, with Saturdays being especially popular. Book as far in advance as possible to ensure that you are getting the time, day, and therapist that you want. If you are using a gift voucher, or any promotion, mention it upon booking your appointment so we may advise you if there are any conditions or policies which may affect its use. |

| Appointment Confirmations |
All appointments are confirmed prior to the scheduled visit. Appointments that cannot be confirmed will not be held. It is therefore advisable to provide us with your most accessible telephone number or e-mail address. We kindly ask for a 50% deposit when scheduling any package, or treatment exceeding two hours duration. This deposit is fully refundable should notice of a cancellation or alteration be given at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. |

| Choosing the Therapist | At Skintrition Beauty Spa we have expert therapists on hand so if you have a preference; feel free to let us know. If you were happy with a particular therapist on a prior visit, you may be able to request them again. Be aware that they may not always be available for the time that you choose. |

| Arrival Time |
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Let us know upon arriving if it is your first Beauty Spa visit. Skintrition Beauty Spas will require you to complete a questionnaire in order to provide us with medical and contact information. Skintrition Beauty Spa has a Detoxifying sauna which you may choose to arrive even earlier in order have a sauna session before your treatments. |

| Cancelling an Appointment | Your Therapist will be preparing for your special treatment, so please give 24 hours notice of change or cancellation to your appointment time. Failure to do so may incur costs or forfeiture of voucher as per our terms. 24 hours notice is the minimum required for a single treatment and 48 hours for a series of treatments. This will allow the us to give your appointment to another guest. If not enough notice is given, you will be required to pay for 50% of the treatment. |

| What to Wear |
There is no need to visit the Beauty Spa wearing an elaborate outfit. Something simple that is easy to change in and out of and is easily stored is ideal. If you are worried about your modesty, call us in advance to find out our policies and suggestions. Be aware that you should never be required to be unclothed in front of anyone at Skintrition Beauty Spa. Therapists are well trained in the art of draping, which means that they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body that they are working on. Disposal underwear is provided. |

| Be Considerate of Others |
Always turn your mobile off immediately upon entering Skintrition Beauty Spa. There is nothing worse than a phone to interrupt your relaxing experience. Children are generally not allowed at Beauty Spas in order to maintain the relaxing ambience. |

| Medical Conditions | If you have any medical conditions, it is important that you tell your therapist. They will be able to adjust the treatment as necessary. Such conditions may include high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery etc. |
